The Millhouse at Richland Creek

The Mill House at Richland Creek is available for rent year round.  We request a three hour minimum commitment with a 50% deposit at the time of application.  The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to the event.  An additional $500 security deposit is required for indoor rental.  This deposit will be returned within 30 days after your event, assuming there are no cleaning or breakage fees.

The deck may be rented separately from the house with a three hour commitment minimum.  

All caterers are welcome.  If you need the name of a caterer we will be happy to provide our list.  The house and deck may be rented together, please ask us about our wedding packages and day rental discounts.  We encourage non-profit organizations to discuss their needs with us. 

Our Suite is available for $135 plus tax per night.  Please call ahead to reserve, we can accept all major credit cards.

For reservations concerning an upcoming wedding or wedding related event (Bridal Shower, Rehearsal Dinner etc) please phone The Mill House directly as we have some packages that are very economical.
