The Mill House at Richland Creek offers a natural setting for your next special occasion. Nestled in the woods next to Richland Creek in Randolph County, the site provides the comfort of modern living while retaining the charm and convenience of older times.

The five acre site, features a home constructed using the former Moffitt Mill with a 750 sq foot deck overlooking Richland Creek. The facilities outdoors can accommodate up to 150 people. A quiet place where blue heron fish and river otters play, it reflects a slower time when folks had picnics along the creek and then went for a swim on a hot summer day. The owner is committed to environmentally sustainable land management practices, no pesticides are used on the land, and natural products are used in cleaning the house. We can compost your leftover food and floral decorations or donate them to a local women's shelter.
The proprietor, Linda L. Gunter, looks forward to ensuring you and your guests enjoy this beautiful natural sanctuary. We are pet friendly, we have an Australian Sheppard named Misty and three indoor cats. We welcome animals and appreciate when you let us know they are coming in advance.
