The five acre site, features a 3200 sq foot home with a 750 sq foot deck overlooking Richland Creek. A quiet place where blue heron fish and river otters play, it reflects a slower time when folks had picnics along the creek and then went for a swim on a hot summer day. The owner is committed to environmentally sustainable land management practices, no pesticides are used on the land, and natural products are used in cleaning the house.
The proprietor, Linda L. Gunter, looks forward to ensuring you and your guests enjoy this beautiful natural sanctuary. We are pet friendly, we have an Australian Sheppard named Misty and three indoor cats. We welcome animals and appreciate when you let us know they are coming in advance.
